We ship our jewelry normally in 24 hours after receiving the order on workdays. Sometimes, there are exceptions and we ship between 24 and 48 hours.

Austria: 2-4 workdays 

Rest EU: 3-6 workdays 

Delivery method:

We ship in an envelope with the Austrian postal mail. 

When ordering something in our shop, you get an order confirmation via email. Furthermore, you receive an email, when the order has been shipped. In this email you can also find your invoice.
